Data Deletion Request

If you want to delete eligible personal data associated with your account or support records, follow this process.

Request Method

Send an email to privacy@factorypocket.app with subject line: Data Deletion Request.

Required Details

• Account email or identifier used in the app.
• Country/region and request scope (account deletion, support record deletion, both).

Processing Timeline

Requests are acknowledged within 5 business days and processed within 30 days where legally permitted.

Exceptions

Certain records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or financial compliance purposes.
